Year 1920
Sopwith built. Bought by Frank May from the original owner. Later sold to Bob Southon. Sold from Bob's estate, new owner unknown.

Possibly the 1920 ABC Sopwith that was entered in the 1970 Durban-Johannesburg Commemorative Motorcycle Trial by AG Whyte of Salisbury.

Built in France by Gnome-Rhone under license to Sopwith of England who produced a similar model. Restored and owned by Frank May, who used the motorcycle in the 1970 Durban-Johannesburg. Commemorative Motorcycle Trial (entered as a Gnome-Rhone). Later owned by Bob Southon. Sold to Bruce Warton who took the bike to America
