Chassis built in Germany, car
bodied in England. Bought at Morgans in Bond
Street in 1909 as a honeymoon gift for his young
bride by Mr. Ernest Hamilton South. Windscreen and
electric horn fitted to the car before it was
shipped to Rhodesia in 1910. One of the first cars
to be seen in Rhodesia, used until 1920 when it
was left in a farm shed. Discovered on South's
Farm, near Lake McIlwane around 1965. Rebuilt by
Alex Mackay of Salisbury. Owned by Alex's
Daughter, Hilary MacMillan in Harare in 2000, car
believed to still be in Zimbabwe.
