Bought from Gwelo car breakers in 1961 and rebuilt by Frank Thompson. Believed taken to the UK when Frank moved there. Ridden by R.F. Gager of Salisbury in the 1st Durban - Johannesburg Commemorative Motor Cycle Trial 1970.

Owned and rebuilt by Louis Strydom of Fort Victoria in the 1970s. Later acquired by Alan O'Hara, who stored it until 1996 when John Jackson bought it and re-restored it. Taken by John to the UK in 2005.

Year 1926
First owner A. Ward in Ndola, Northern Rhodesia, then R. Richards of Marandellas, Southern Rhodesia in 1965. Had several owners before it was acquired and rebuilt by P.D. Campbell around 1974. Sold to George Alexander Campbell in 1976. Later acquired by Jeremy Bromley who still owns the bike in Australia.

History          
Year 1927
Exported to Rhodesia in 1927, taken to Cape Town in 1932. Owned for many years by a British Airways pilot, who successfully competed in numerous vintage motorcycle events in the 1970s and 80s. When the pilot died in the 1990s, the bike was acquired by his son who took the bike to the UK. For sale in 2007 by Brightwells auction , the vendor having owned the bike for 6 years.
