Originally
owned by an American mission in Umvuma, purchased
after WWII by a Mr. Bennett of Bulawayo. After a
severe altercationwith a car, the remains were
acquired by a Mr. Gloss who started a restoration.
After 20 years the bike was acquired by Peter
Gregory who completed the restoration around 1985. Taken out of Zimbabwe by
Peter, possibly to South Africa. |

Acquired
around 1973 by Jeremy Bromley from a Mr. Eburne of
Hatfield, Salisbury. Fitted with handle bars and
fuel tank from a Harley Davidson WLA. Seat, exhaust
mudguards, headlights were all no nstandard as were
other parts. Taken to Sydney then Perth Australia in
1980 when Jeremy moved there. Rebuilt 1995-97, now
in regular use. Photos show the bike as acquired in
Rhodesia and now after restoration.
