History
Year
Acquired in 1959 by Peter Huson of Bulawayo, from the owner of the Hillside Service Station in part exchange for his Austin A70. In 1961 Peter acquired a load of spares whilst in the UK including competition head, cam, crank, con-rods, valves and shocks. He then rebuilt the car over six months to compete in short circuit meets held by the Bulawayo Motoring Club. Sold in 1964 to Eric Glasby, together with an MG J1 and a TD 1, both of which he had been rebuilding. Noted with a new owner in 1973/74 fitted with an MG Magnette engine.
