Africa. One of the last Maseratis fitted with the
famous 4.9 four-cam engine. One of 420 of this model
and one of 70 RHD models. Imported into Zimbabwe
around 1991 having been acquired from Executive Cars
by Mike Hollinshead of Harare, 42,000km. Acquired
around 2005 by Peter Soper of Harare. 63,000kms.
Sold to Jack Vershuur of Cape Town, then to Eric
Topin who exported the car to the UK in 2018,
64,473km. In 2019 with Colin Clarke Engineering for
a major running gear overhaul. |
