single cylinder, New Hudson gearbox, Binks
carburettor, mounted on sprung druid forks with
rigid rear suspension. Only registered in the UK in
1942. One of two New Hudsons in Rhodesia, this bike
was imported in 1970. Owned by John Badger of
Salisbury. Used in the 1st Durban - Johannesburg
Commemorative Motor Cycle Trial 1970 (did not
finish), and numerous other rallies. |
